How to Place your Order:
1)-Online Store
Securely shop using the online store to select your products from Corvette Car Audio. Simply select a product picture from anywhere on our site, and you will be directed to our online store.
Once in the online store, click an item to view the product info and additional photos.
After adding an item to your online shopping cart, add a coupon code, if applicable, and you may continue shopping, choose the quantity of the item you have added to your cart, or continue to checkout.
Checkout Procedures:
Step 1.) Upon checkout, you are first prompted to REGISTER or LOGIN. By doing so, you are assured of complete customer service by being allowed to check the status of your order, review any previous orders made with Corvette Car Audio, and this also allows Corvette Car Audio to be able to contact you via email or phone if there are questions regarding your order. Your information is completely secure with Corvette Car Audio, and is never resold or given out under any circumstances. We strictly use your information only to expedite your order, and to help make your experience with us as trouble free as possible.
NOTE: After logging in, you may click the link labeled "My Account" to manage your customer info, manage & share your wishlist, change your password, check your order history, and more...
Step 2.) After entering your info, you will continue on to choose your shipping method. All available options are at your disposal, and have the prices stated based on your order. If you have a gift certificate, enter it at this time.
Choose your payment method from the available choices. They are as follows:
2)-Phone
You may call us at 615-907-8125, between the hours of 10am - 6pm CST, to place an order over the phone with your credit card. Please have your credit card ready. We accept all major credit cards for your convenience, and for faster service. Again, all credit card transactions are handled through Authorize.net.
3)-E-mail
Simply contact us to obtain a total of your order, so you can send payment through the mail. Please be sure to insure your money order or check, and we advise not to send cash. We are not responsible for payments lost in the mail. Please send your payment to the following address:

Pricing Errors:
Regarding pricing in the online store: if something doesn't match up or a price doesn't look right, please contact us so we can get it fixed. In other words, If the price of an item comes up different from the posted price, either by typographical error or data entry error in the coding, Corvette Car Audio reserves the right to refuse any such order or charge the correct amount that is posted on the current item page. Corvette Car Audio will also not accept orders from old or discarded web pages. Every attempt is made to keep all pricing current and up-to-date. Please call us if you have any questions regarding a certain item or it's price.
Terms of Your Order:
Once your order is placed with Corvette Car Audio, it is considered a completed sale, as well as a commitment from you, the buyer. If you need to cancel your order, please do so promptly, and ASAP, by phone or e-mail. We are always willing to work with you regarding your order, but please understand, there are other orders which we must fulfill, so please contact us immediately if you have any requests or need to make any changes regarding your order. We will not start ship any order, or start any other custom order until full payment has been collected, and the money has cleared our bank.
We will also do each custom order in the order in which it was received. There are no exceptions to our policy on taking care of our customers in the order in which they paid.
You are just as important to us as our other customers, and it would un-fair to expedite your order because it is easier when the other customers have paid first. You would not want to be placed on a "back burner", so please don't ask us to do this to our other customers. We simply will not tolerate this kind of blatant disrespect, just as we will not give this kind of disrespect to any one of our customers. Corvette Car Audio reserves the right to disregard your order without any exchange or refund of fees for any blatantly rude behavior, or disrespect of any kind towards Corvette Car Audio or it's customers. There are no exceptions to this policy in any way!!
Once the construction begins on a custom project, no cancellations will be accepted. We will work with any modifications you may want done to the initial order, as long as they are within reason. Complete changes or modifications to a project on which we have already begun work may require additional fees.
Payments on custom orders are non-refundable. If you have any questions regarding your order, please direct them to us via phone or email, and we will work with you to come to an agreement that suits both you and us.
Corvette Car Audio reserves the right to accept or deny any order at any time for any reason. By agreeing to purchase items from Corvette Car Audio, you hereby agree to these terms of your order.
Expected Delivery of your Product:
Once an order has been successfully submitted and Corvette Car Audio has accepted and processed said order, and the order is paid for in full, the actual time that it takes to complete your order, prior to shipping, will vary depending on the item(s) purchased, and the orders ahead of you. If you would like an approximate date of shipment, please call us when you place your order, and we will be glad to help you in any way we can.
Some of our items, such as dash kits, wiring harnesses, etc., are usually always in stock and ready to ship in the next business day or two via USPS Priority Mail.
The Vettebins, Subwoofer Boxes, Amp Racks, and Partitions are typically custom made to order, which means there is no set amount of time that it may take to finish it completely. We will obviously, work feverishly to expedite your order, but as with all custom orders, please understand, there are too many variables to account for when doing a custom order.
We take a great amount of pride in our work, and we always make sure your custom project meets our demanding criteria before it ever leaves our shop. You have come to us for the absolute best quality and workmanship. Please understand that we take this very seriously, and we meet or exceed each customer's expectations every time because of the way in which we do our custom work. We do not provide "low quality lighting", nor do we compromise our work for the sake of time. There is a noticable difference in quality and quantity. We specialize in quality craftsmanship, just as the engineers do, who built your Corvette. They didn't compromise in the building of your Corvette, and neither will we compromise in the building of the Custom Products for your Corvette.
If we give you a time estimate on your custom work, please understand that it is just that... an estimate of time. Dave Hale is a professional Installer, and a specialist with Corvettes, with over 14 years of professional experience, and he works efficiently to make sure that your order is expedited as quickly as possible.
We will always let you know when your order is sent out, and provide you with a tracking number, if applicable. If you have not received a tracking number, please understand that your custom order hasn't shipped yet, and we are working on it and it will ship very soon. We appreciate your patience during the completion of your custom item(s).
Corvette Car Audio operates typically via the phone or internet, regarding sales and questions. During normal business hours, which is 10am - 6pm CST, Mon. - Fri., Dave can be reached at the shop (see conatct page for details) if you have any questions regarding your order. Before or after normal business hours, he can be reached at the office number. You are also welcome to leave a message 24 hrs. on the office phone, and we will get back to you within 24 hrs. We understand that you are probably excited about receiving your custom order, and we will do everything we can to expedite your custom order.
Actual transit times for packages vary from 2-5 business days depending on travel distance. Small orders are usually shipped via USPS Postal Mail, and shipment times vary based on your location. UPS and FedEx shipments may vary greatly due to shipping times and the time of the year. Corvette Car Audio does not, nor cannot, guarantee any shipment to arrive in any stated amount of time. Corvette Car Audio can only base their times on previous shipments.
Regarding International Orders: Yes, we ship world-wide!!! Several Corvette owners around the world are proud supporters of Corvette Car Audio, and it's products, and to date, we have shipped to almost every continent. :)
Please be patient when expecting your order. Corvette Car Audio cannot guarantee any certain delivery time, nor will we attempt to do so because of the ever changing world in which we live. Shipping rates will be different from those posted in your shopping cart. PLEASE contact us regarding the most current shipping rates to your international address. Please be aware that we will send you an updated invoice once we know where your shipment is going and how much it will weigh. Any and all rush deliveries will be quite expensive.
Our Shipping Policies:
In addition to what was covered in the above segments, here is some more stuff for you to read... :) We use UPS, FedEx, DHL, and USPS to deliver your packages. Most small items are sent via US Postal Service Priority Mail. Typically, it can get there faster, and for the same pricing as the other ground rates if we ship USPS. Most in-stock items ship the same day or the next business day--depending on when the order comes through. Custom pieces take longer to fabricate so please understand and be patient.
All tracking numbers for most shipments will be e-mailed to you the day of shipment.
Please allow adequate time for delivery to your area. Please note that we do not ship on weekends and most carriers, except USPS, do not deliver on weekends or holidays. Therefore if you need a particular item to arrive at a certain time, our advice is to order in advance. Allow yourself plenty of time to place & receive your order, particularly for the custom orders, and please understand that we cannot guarantee you any certain delivery time.
Some items can be shipped quicker in certain situations. Extra charges will apply. Please ask for details.
NOTE: We can ship to friends, relatives, neighbors, and work addresses if needed. Please notify us in advance or post the alternate ship to address in the applicable field when checking out via the online store. We are absolutely not responsible for packages left at your address by the carrier. Once an item has shipped from here with the address you've entered, it is no longer our responsibility. We typically insure our items when we ship them, but understand that we are not responsible for items once they have shipped. We also sell online gift certificates, for your convenience.
Returns/Refund/Exchanges:
Sorry, No Refunds are given under any circumstances, for any reason!! No Exceptions!! Some returns or exchanges may be acceptable... see below.
Below is a list of instances of when we WILL accept exchanges.
EXCHANGE: In the event of an ordering error on the customer's part, we will be glad to exchange the item for a similar item within the 15 day return period. We understand it happens especially when picking out a gift for someone when you aren't quite sure about their vehicle. Differences in pricing between the items will be adjusted according to the items being exchanged and, you, the customer, are responsible for the shipping of the item being returned, and again for the new item being sent out as a replacement. This additional charge MUST be paid for in full before an exchanged item will be sent out. After the 15 day exchange period, we regrettably will not accept any return.
RETURNS: They are available only on non-custom items and only within 15 days of receipt of your purchase. After that period, returns for exchange will not be accepted. A 10% restocking fee will be assessed to all authorized returns for exchange. Sorry, but absolutely no unauthorized returns will be given any credit, and no refunds are given for any reason.
Items returned without prior authorization will receive no credit whatsoever, and WILL NOT be reshipped back to the customer. Shipping charges for returns are non-refundable.
Please contact us if you wish to exchange or return an item. Once you have authorization to return or exchange an item, make sure that you pack it extremely well for shipment. You are the shipper and are solely responsible for the secure shipping of the item being returned. Any damage to items returned to us will be deducted from your credit amount. Items returned to Corvette Car Audio with any damage will be discarded and no credit given.
Copyrighted Photos:
Photographs on this site are property of Corvette Car Audio & MadVette Publishing, and are copyrighted as such. While we welcome customers linking to and sharing our photos proudly, displaying them illegally on the web or in print, is unacceptable & disrespectful. This includes downloading and changing the copyright text and or displaying our photos on websites or ebay auctions used to advertise and sell non Corvette Car Audio products, without our express written consent. Illegally downloading our photos and using them to sell other products is considered copyright infringement. Corvette Car Audio reserves the right to take legal action where our copyrights are infringed upon. If you intend on making a link banner back to our site with pictures of our merchandise, please email us first, and ask. We appreciate your advertising of our products, but we do not appreciate your copyright infringement. We provide ways to advertise and promote our site.
If you are a Vendor (reseller) of our products, you are hereby granted use of our pictures, after the confirmation of your signed and agreed upon contract, and you are granted use of the pictures and descriptions under the terms of your contract. Changes & Revisions to this site:
While all attempts are made to keep this website current and up-to-date, ultimately, we reserve the right to refuse any order based on incorrect pricing or advertisement on our site. We do not advertise our pricing on other sites, so please do not attempt to tell us you found our stuff somewhere else cheaper. It is simply not true. Any and all changes to this site can and will be made at our discretion, at any given time, without prior notice. We reserve the right to change or revise our site at any time without any prior notice to the public whatsoever.
